23 Feb Nisouaz Salad
Cut in large pieces the leaves of the salad in a bowl.
Add the beans cut in half, the tomatoes, the tuna, after straining it well, the potatoes cut in ring-shape, the pepper, and finally sprinkle the salt and the pepper.
Prepare the vinaigrette mixing all the ingredients in the blender.
Just before serving, add the anchovies and pour the vinaigrette over.
- 200 gr boiled fresh beans
- 2 red tomatoes in pieces
- 5-6 tender French salad leaves
- 1 tin of tuna in oil
- 4-5 anchovy fillets
- 2 small boiled potatoes
- 1 yellow pepper cut in small pieces
For the vinaigrette:
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon capares
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt, pepper
