Another traditional Greek appetizer of fresh delicate tuna fillets that are carefully selected, cleaned and “baked” for days in sea salt and then in brine. They are preserved in sunflower oil keeping their taste and rich body.
Served with olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar and accompanied by ouzo, tsipouro and legumes.
